I had an absolute amazing experience! Lulu takes time to look at your face and really gives you a "look over" before she starts-you can tell she's thinking deeply about your face and lashes and doesnt just dive in. Right as we were starting she said, "ok, you take a nap while I do my best." And she really did. She was gentle and gave excellent service and gave lots of information on proper maintenance (and not in an upsell kind of way).
